How Fast Am I?

After a great time 2 mile time trial on the track this past Thursday, some JV runners may be asking themselves “how fast am I?”   There is some good data to suggest that if you can run the following time in a 2 mile on the track then the athlete could expect to perform at the following level for a 5K.   Take a look and see how your times match up.   Use this as additional data as you begin making your goals for GWOC.  In addition, also keep in mind this great quote…
