On Saturday, September 5th the Centerville Girls XC captured the team title at Hilliard Davidson’s Hot Summer Bash. The team was led by race champion Lainey Studebaker with a time of 18:22. She was followed closely by Grace Kiroy (3rd, 18:43) and Kelli Walsh (4th, 19:02). Rounding out the top 7 were Savannah Lowe, Rachel Whitehead, Taylor Malchow, and Allison Fick.
The team also took home the individual and team champion titles for the 9/10 Open race and Open race. The team was led by Megan Knauer and Drea Scofield respectively.
The team will travel to the Mason Invitational next Saturday.
